Rules & Regulations for Students

DISCIPLINE

1. The College Administration reserves the absolute rights to counsel, fine, warn, suspend or expel any student who violates the norms and principles of academic sancity of the College.

2. No student should leave the College Campus without permission during breaks/off periods.

3. Only English language must be used in the Campus for communication.

4. Smoking, chewing betel nuts, tobacco, spitting inside the College building and walls, possession of any addictive drugs and alcohol, beverages are strictly forbidden.

5. Distasteful appearances: punky hair cuts, earrings and necklaces(Boys), bangles (Boys), tattoos, etc. are strictly prohibited. Permission should be obtained from the Principal for religious and cultural reasons.

6. Any forms of strikes, demonstrations or collective indiscipline against the College Authority is not allowed.

7. Damages caused to the College property(s) must be either replaced or repaired by the one(s) responsible.

8. Students are not allowed to take part in any outside activities which are not in the curriculum while classes is going on.

9. Possession of any sharp objects, firearms, etc. is strictly forbidden in the campus.

10. Playing truant is strictly forbidden.

11. No mobile phone is allowed in the College Campus.

UNIFORM

Boys - Black long pant with regular made.

Girls - Black long pant with regular made and/or skirt.

Common - i) White shirt (half and full sleeve).

ii) White socks.

iii) Solid black shoes.

iv) Belts with Rayburn College logo.

v) Solid black sweater with Rayburn College logo.

# No student will be admitted to the classroom and practical laboratories without full uniforms.

# College T-Shirt must be worn only on T-shirt days (Tuesday & Thursday).

WELFARE

Condolences shall be made under the following conditions -

i) If the deceased is a student of the college.

ii) If the deceased is a parent of a student.

iii) In case of death of a student, students of all streams shall contribute Rs. 10/- as condolence.

iv) In case of death of parent of a student, only the classmates of such student shall contribute Rs. 10/- as condolence.
